Turkey Stir-Fry

During my C9 cleanse, from days 3-9 you have one 600 calorie meal a day. Doesn't sound a lot does it? But with the 'free' foods you can easily boost your meal up and keep it healthy too!

The other night we had this Turkey stir-fry. OK, not an actual 'stir fry' but I'm not sure what else to call it! Ha!

So you will need - Turkey breast (mine was already sliced up, nice & easy), onion, asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms, teriyaki sauce, garlic oil (if you haven't any of this no problem, just use normal olive oil & chop up some garlic) and my new fave, chilli flakes.

Literally so simple... chop up half an onion, add it to the pan with garlic oil & some teriyaki that's already heating up, soften for a bit & add the turkey.

While that's cooking away par cook the broccoli & asparagus then add to the pan.

Add the mushrooms in too.

Mix it all up and leave it to all cook through.

Make some brown rice.

Then once everythings cooked add it to a bowl so you can mix it all together! Sprinkle some chilli flakes on top.

It was really tasty and Mark loved it too! Let me know if you give it a go and pop a comment in the box below!
