Going green with ORGANii

* Happy Friday you guys!

How unbelievably quick has this week gone again!!

Anyway, I want to tell you all about this gorgeous shower gel I've been sent to review for you guys!

When it arrived and I opened the box I couldn't get over how flippin' cute the bottle is. I love how it's similar to a milk bottle shape and the white body with the colourful circles works really well. It's just the cutest and looks soo cool sitting on the side of the bath!

As you can probably guess from the name, that this little bottle of joy is completely organic. This shower gel is completely free from all those potential harmful chemicals we've all been hearing about recently. Parabens, sulphates and phtalates are seriously not what we want going down the plughole into our rivers and seas. Also, we seriously don't want these chemicals going on our delicate skins either!!

ORGANii shower gel is also vegan. I absolutely love when I find products that are vegan and not tested on animals. I still can't believe it goes on, but I am slowly trying to switch as many products as I can to vegan and cruelty free.

I've used this a few times now and each time I love the feeling it has on my skin. It's very soft with a lovely hint of  'vanilla'. The smell isn't overpowering at all, but it still leaves a lovely scent on your body throughout the day.

Because it's Shea Butter shower gel I wanted to put it to the test a little bit, as on the back it says 'Nourishing and Nurturing' and 'Gentle and soothing with Shea Butter for extra soft skin'.

Yes, it was gorgeous in the shower, lathers up lovely and like I said earlier has a gorgeous subtle smell of vanilla. My skin felt nice and soft afterwards, but I did refrain from putting on any moisturiser after my shower, because I wanted to see how my skin was after using the shower gel. I must add that I always use moisturiser after showering, as I do suffer from dry skin especially with the weather turning chillier too. Surprisingly, all day my skin stayed soft and didn't dry out at all. So I'm guessing ORGANii is pretty true to their word! Leaves you with extra soft and nourished skin.

If you fancy going green, but still using fabulous products find the
whole ORGANii range here.

If you've been here a while you'd know that this blog was originally called Suncream and Sparkles ~ which I have written about why I changed my blog name  here . Even though I do love my new blog name and I don't regret changing it I do wish I had taken more time and consideration in the very beginning when first starting my blog, or at least before buying the domain. You see blogging, even now for me who's been doing it for a fair few years, it really is a constant learning curve where you're always discovering new ways and new ideas to tweak and improve your blog. Mil Palmeras

Happy Thursday guys, hope you're all well. I'm just popping on here to show you a few pictures I snapped quickly today while we were at Mil Palmeras Beach. We popped to Mercadona this morning, well more lunchtime(ish) as we are sleeping in so much lately, but that's for another day. So, we picked up a few bits for the weekend and grabbed one of their sushi boxes for our lunch on the go. fyi , the best supermarket sushi I've had! After our trip to Mercadona we headed for Leroy Merlin in La Zenia as we needed to get some more bags of sand and some gravel too for our little diy garden project. I say little, but it's turning into quite the construction! Keep an eye on my  insta stories   over the weekend for updates. En-route to Leroy's we stopped off at Mil Palmeras to eat our sushi by the sea. Mil Palmeras has always been one of our favourite places here on the Costa Blanca South. Actually it was one of the first places we went to after the lockdown last year.  To

Seychelles

We went to the Seychelles in August 2011 and January 2012. The first time we went, we stayed at the Berjaya Hotel, Beau Vallon Bay, Mahe and the second time we were booked into the same hotel, but we could only cope with one night before we relocated to the Kempinski Resort, Baie Lazare.   Berjaya Hotel, Beau Vallon Bay, Mahe Aug 2011 We chose the area Beau Vallon Bay, as my husband went there with his parents when he was a little boy and has fond memories of the holiday. They stayed at the Coral Strand, which wasn't available at the time when we wanted to go, as it was in the middle of major renovations. Berjaya Hotel was the crew hotel for the airline my husband worked for at the time, so we thought that it would be a perfect one to book into. To be honest the hotel was really disappointing. It was very dated and felt quite shabby. It was clean enough though, so we thought 'it will do' as we were only there for a couple
